Getting fit isn’t easy. Challenges range from making the time, to having the energy to finding the right place. That’s where the YMCA’s new Commit to be Fit program can help—and best of all, it’s FREE to all members! For a fitness program to meet your individual needs, you need individualized coaching. During the 12-week program, your Fit Coach will meet with you to determine your lifestyle, schedule and fitness goals. Getting started is easy. To sign up for the Commit to be Fit program, simply stop by the membership desk and schedule your first appointment with your Fit Coach. You’ll be on your way to a healthier you!

 

Sharks Swim Team
The Leaning Tower YMCA Sharks Swim Team is a year-round, age group swim team for swimmers age 5–21. The team offers developmental instruction, age-group training, advanced conditioning, and in-depth technique and skill analysis. The LTY Swim Team participates in the Chicago District Swim Conference and the Windy City Conference, which includes YMCA teams and USA teams in the Chicagoland area.
